When I cick on update and security then update history it just flashes and nothing. Any solutions to this this issue would be most grateful.

Well if SoftwareDistribution folder was corrupted, this might be the cause.
Check component's store corruption, run CMD as admin and copy:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
If it reports errors, run:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If it says, no components store corruption, run:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
and it would not hurt to run disk cleanup:
cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & cleanmgr /sagerun:65535
Additionally cleaning SoftwareDistribution's Download folder only:
net stop bits /y
net stop cryptSvc /y
net stop UsoSvc /y
net stop winmgmt /y
winmgmt /salvagerepository
taskkill /im TiWorker.exe /f
net stop wuauserv /y
rmdir "%systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download" /s /q
del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr0.dat"
del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr1.dat"

I tryed a few of these but nothing worked. The other computers are also doing this. I will keep searching. Thank you for the help.
