    Promised Features Missing KB5036892

After installing the April Patch Tuesday security update KB5036892 on my Windows 10 computer, some of the promised features are simply not there! There is no option to use Windows spotlight as my desktop background. The only options being offered for my desktop background are Picture, Solid Color, and Slideshow, there is no Windows spotlight option???
Also on my lock screen settings, the choice of apps I'm allowed to display on my Lock screen have not changed from what they were prior to installing KB5036892? The installation of the April updates seemed to proceed smoothly with no obvious problems.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 and OS build 19045.4291

Hi, Spotlight as desktop background is mentioned here:
Starting with Windows 10 build 19045.4116 (RP), Microsoft adds Desktop Spotlight to your desktop background. Just one click or tap of the icon on your desktop takes you to Bing, where you can explore the world one picture at a time.
Change Desktop Background in Windows 10

    - Option 6

Also on my lock screen settings, the choice of apps I'm allowed to display on my Lock screen have not changed from what they were prior to installing KB5036892
Whilst there's nothing here on this:
    KB5036892 Windows 10 Cumulative Update build 19045.4291 (22H2)
    or here:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...a-be7d416a811b
that I can find... other sources do describe what you mention e.g.

Windows 10 KB5036892 update released with 23 new fixes, changes

    from this MS source:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...6-89f290b4f2cb

Also note (from the preview update description):

New! This update adds Windows Spotlight to your desktop background. This feature displays new images as your desktop wallpaper. If you want to know more about an image, click or tap the Learn More button, which takes you to Bing. To turn on this feature, go to Settings > Personalization > Background > Personalize your background. Choose Windows spotlight.

Note This feature might not be available to all users because it will roll out gradually.

All I know is after upgrading my Windows 10 Pro version 22H2, to OS build 19045.4291 there is no option to use Windows Spotlight as my desktop background! See the attachment below which shows where this option should be located but there is nothing there???

Thank you Dalchina , I do appreciate your efforts to help me with this issue! I was aware of "This feature might not be available to all users because it will roll out gradually." I made the mistaken assumption that this applied only to the end of the month optional update. I assumed that when it was officially released on patch Tuesday that the full features would then become fully available. Poor assumption on my part I guess. Personally I don't like this process of Microsoft promising features in their updates and then leaving you hanging as to their implementation. Nothing we can do about this I guess, I just think it's a poor policy on Microsoft's part.
