Also, I noticed my cmd with admin doesn't start with \windows\system32 anymore it starts with C:\users|Name I have to do cd \windows\system32

Yes even if I do that it keeps reverting to C:\Users\my name

Inside the command window, I have to type cd \windows\system32 in order to proceed with inputting code
