    One more thought...

    You might just want to make sure that there are no issues with files on your system that are causing upgrade problems. Try checking for this using the tutorial below and then try the upgrade again.

    I'm wondering why you're only being offered 22H2 now.. so late.

    Have you
    - stored this PC for a long time?
    - disabled updates in some manner?
    - had it disconnected from the internet for a long time?

    How is this update occurring? Via normal windows update? A manual update?

    The forum clearly prompted you for your full current Windows build number- like 19045.3803. Why? So we don't have to keep asking. Sadly hundreds don't provide this. Thanks.

    My PC runs daily 14 hours since years online.

    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19044.3086]
    Edition Windows 10 Home
    Version 21H2
    Betriebssystembuild 19044.3086
    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0

    Also i found with services.msc that the service Micorosoft Update Health Service is deactivated and not running.
    Perhaps a problem?

    Please post a screenshot of your Update History, just for interest.

    I assume from your reply you've been relying on Windows to update automatically. It seems it has not, and that could match with your observation of the Microsoft Update Health Service not running.

    You can try using the appropriate download for that service from here:
    Restore Default Services in Windows 10

    and see if the service then is available. That may not be the only one of course.

    Again - Have you ever disabled Windows Update by any means?

    Windows Update still not working? Again from the searchable Tutorials section you might try

    as a next step.
