Seeking assistance preparing for Windows 11

Windows 10 Pro, Ver. 21H2 (OS Build 19044.1586)

    Howdy Folks,
(Please advise if I should post on "Installation and Upgrade" or ElevenForum.)

I'm getting ready to move to Windows 11 and need a few pointers.
My replacement MB is Windows 11 ready, but needs both TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot enabled.
    -
    1.
My original Original: ASRock Z390 Pro 4 Motherboard "bit the dust" a year ago; I now have an ASUS Prime Z390-P Motherboard.

I suspect this tutorial may be what I should use, but I'd appreciate confirmation:
Enable or Disable Secure Boot on ASRock x79 Motherboard
Enable or Disable Secure Boot on Windows 10 PC
    -
    2. A search for enabling the TPM 2.0 gives me several hits here.
And asking for pointer/directions from the Chat Person at ASUS provided only "Make the change in the BIOS."

Additional details on my system and results from "WhyNotWin11" below.
And TIA to all who read and those who reply to this post!

    @jdUnionngarden

In your BIOS on the Advanced tab, under CPU Configuration, you'll need to enable this.
    This is your TPM...

    @Ghot & Others

Thanks for that; is good to know TPM 2.0 is called "Intel Platform Trust Technology" on my MB. That will save some distress for sure!

Re: *Secure Boot*, from TenForums Tutorials I need confirmation *This Tutorial*:
Enable or Disable Secure Boot on Windows 10 PC
is the correct one to use for my ASUS Prime Z390-P motherboard.

Additionally, I've seen comments Secure Boot *should* be enabled *before* installing Windows ... and others that say (some folks) have no trouble Enabling or Disabling after Windows is installed. Comments?

    Thanks again to all!

Personally... I just enabled Secure boot, then ignored it.
I've had no issues doing bare metal or regular restores from backup.

I left all Secure Boot sub-settings untouched in the BIOS. (ASUS X570 chipset motherboard).
We seem to have identical Secure Boot setting options in the BIOS.

This is the only Secure boot option I chose...

Windows 11 runs fine, In-Place upgrades work, updates work, clean installs work.

    Howdy Folks

    I've marked this as solved.

    Highlights:

    1. The BIOS interface for my MB was completely different from the one shown here: Enable or Disable Secure Boot on Windows 10 PC
    (See YouTube video below)
    2. I poked around for quite awhile and accidentally turned on Secure Boot. Okay, I'll take that win; sorry I can provide instructions, though as below, I probably should have gone right to Google Search. I don't know why I thought it was a good idea to try to find an ASUS Support Chat Person [I'm now pretty sure they don't have one. ]

    3. For TPM, I continued looking for help from ASUS on their website. Finially I asked Google; here it is:
How To Enable TPM / PTT on EVERY Motherboard! (ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock & BIOSTAR)
How To Enable TPM / PTT on EVERY Motherboard! (ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock & BIOSTAR) - YouTube
An alternate choice would likely have worked also:
How to Enable TPM 2.0 in BIOS
How to Enable TPM 2.0 in BIOS - Newegg Knowledge Base
    And an updated "WhyNotWin11"
    Cheers!
