I need help reactivating Windows 10

Hello friends,
So I was having some problem with my Windows 10 Pro lately, my windows needs to be reactivated and I got no problem at all with that, so I bought a wi dows license key and changed my product key to the new key I got, its been taking 15 minutes to activate and once it was done I got this error code (0xc0020036) also when I update my windows, it says can't complete update, undoing changes. I got this message (we can't activate Windows on this device as we can't connect to your organization activation server.). I am sure my product key is not fake and new.
And for information, the idiot that sold me my PC activated a used license key which I saw alot on the internet. If you got any idea of how to fix it please, tell me how and I will provide any information necessary for the help.

This indicates that a volume license version of Windows was installed.

So you mean I need to reinstall windows 10??!

If you have a volume license edition of Windows and you do not have a volume license server with which it can confirm activation, then, yes, a legitimate RETAIL edition of Windows should be installed.
