    Windows online troubleshooting service is disabled


    I get this error when running a blue screen troubleshooter.

    Windows online troubleshooting service is not enabled for this version of Windows
    Windows online troubleshooting service is disabled-windows-online-troubleshooting-disabled.png

    How do I enable it?

    I'm using Windows 10 20H2

    Windows online troubleshooting service is disabled-software-publishing-registry-folder.png

    I have done the following commands

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
    sfc /scannow
    I got 5 errors with dism you can see here.

    The Blue Screen troubleshooter is no longer available starting with Windows 10 version 1809.

So I've gotten fed up enough with the terrible windows search system. I went into services.msc and disabled the windows search service; then restarted my computer. However, "Cortana" is still listed in my task manager taking up 50mb of memory....
