License and changing motherboard

I am changing motherboard soon and I heard that Windows 10 store license in the motherboard ? how and where it was stored ? how to move license to new motherboard ?

Ms store details of your hardware etc on there servers not on the pc so you can do a clean install and it activates. If you change mb by rights you would need to buy windows as it's in effect a new PC. People have rang ms and often they will activate it a lot depends on the original licence type
MS does not store your license in / on MB.
It, for lack of better words, fingerprints your system on their servers and will reactivate a known license.
That said OEM's do have the ability to embed the license key in the UEFI and that is used to activate license. This is normally new complete builds like an AIO or laptop.
Looking at your specs you do a custom build.
Have a look at this tutorial as it talks to major hardware changes. I do believe to use the activation trouble shooter your MS account has to be tied to existing license. In simple language you have to sign in with MS account. See note in tutorial.
