Hi, I'm wondering why you didn't receive any updates (rather than feature updates) after 1803 in October. Did you disable updates for some time perhaps?

1809 is presumably failing to complete installation, and so is repeating (a very unfortunate effect- thanks, MS!). Do you see any error message? The exact number or text could help.

To (temporarily) gain control of your PC you will need to disable Windows Update e.g.
Stop Windows 10 Updates Properly and Completely Solved - Windows 10 Forums

Then zip and upload log files
    setuperr.log
    setupact.log

Locations are shown in the following link- choose ones that contain useful content and are current.
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...sion-of-window

Please run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and post the result.
Troubleshoot Problems in Windows 10 with Troubleshooters | Tutorials

What security software do you have?
How much spare space do you have on C: ?

    Also run
    SFC /SCANNOW
from an admin command or powershell prompt and post the summary result.

Please also download an iso for 1809 using the Microsoft Media Creation tool in preparation for an attempt to upgrade manually.

    Thanks.

Just the one, but it looks like 1809 has tried and failed to install many times. That should be shown beneath Quality updates (8) which your screenshot didn't show.

    setuperr.log & setupact.log uploaded.

WUT had no errors. Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem.

I just use Comodo free firewall x64, no anti virus except what ever comes with windows "windows defender".

CBS is to big to upload.

I had updates turned off ever since the bad news about 1809.
I turned it on again a week ago ... and the update ultimately failed. And retried and failed.
Online info suggested running the update troubleshooter. That fixed things, and 1809 installed successfully.

    Perhaps give that a try.

Thank you so much for your reply.

Based on your error log, please see the reply here:
User's Home to Pro upgrade won't work

    Again
Please run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and post the result.
    - screenshot please.
    (I don't understand:
WUT had no errors. Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem.
    - do you mean it said it couldn't identify the problem or that is reported there were no problems?
So for clarity, please post the screenshot.
    )

CBS is to big to upload.
It's a text file. Please zip it- compress it- then upload.

What was the summary result of running SFC /SCANNOW on the screen?

If the Windows update troubleshooter fails, please then do this:
Reset Windows Update in Windows 10 | Tutorials

The run the WU troubleshooter again, and post a screenshot of the result.

Sometimes Windows update files become corrupted.

    Glad it worked out.

You have Win 10 Pro, so you can defer feature updates for up to 365 days. What I do is to choose when I want to upgrade, and do it manually. That way I
    - make sure I have an up to date disk image before I upgrade, in case things go badly
    - perform the upgrade at my convenience
    - avoid any complexities with Windows update and feature upgrade
    - have the iso ready for further attempts if necessary without downloading again
    - wait to upgrade until at least the first major update AFTER the build release is released.

    I recommend you
    - create a new base disk image of Windows (e.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + external storage) - disk imaging is strongly and repeatedly recommended here
    - enable System Restore (if considering using it - it's probably disabled now)
    - defer feature updates (Settings or Group policy as you prefer).

You may also like to set updates to 'Notify' - another useful feature for Pro users.
