    Missing security update KB4483452

I have two Win 10 64 bit computers, each running Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.348). I regularly check for Windows Updates, and find both systems are up to date from that setting. Today, however, I ran Belarc Advisor, and each computer indicates I am missing the 2/12/2019 Hotfix Q4483452 KB4483452. I ran Windows Update check again and it continues to indicate my systems are up to date. I'm not sure how this could have occurred, and I am confused about the situation, but I wonder if I should download the update manually and install it. (I found the necessary link in the Win10 News forum on this site.)

    Thank you for your help!

Just my opinion - not fact. I wouldn't rely on it.

KB4483452 was a NET Framework 3.5 & 4.7.2 update. The last Cum Update bringing you to 17763.348 also fetched a newer update to this, for me. I presume this superseded the Feb 12 update that you're missing.

Thank you both for your prompt and helpful replies! Mrgeek, I had hoped the missing update had been subsequently replaced, and your information was reassuring. I forgo any further any action!
