@zbook i uploaded a zip a couple of replies ago, after i had uninstalled corsair and codemeter that contain logs from Windows BT and Windos WS folders. Not sure if this would give any new information, but nobody seems to have taken a look at it. The zip is relatively large i assume, at 4mb. One of the logs inside is 90mb.

0xC1900101 is a generic rollback code, and usually indicates that an incompatible driver is present.
The incompatible driver can cause blue screens, system hangs, and unexpected reboots.

The BETA and DM log collectors are used in seven, eight, and ten forums.
The computer files can be troubleshooted to see if there is anything actionable.

The threads in the BSOD forum can be viewed.

The log files were in a foreign language and could not be scanned or read.
Please change the default language to English and post a new BETA zip.

See if you can find and upload a dump file:

    C:\Windows\Panther\mndFFFD.diagerr.mdmp

    Code:

The computer files used for troubleshooting had been cleaned on 2/17/2019.
There was very little data as there was only 4 days.

The computer has been having BSOD.

What are the status of the files on the computer?
    a) Had you backed up files to another drive or the cloud?
    b) Had you made a backed up image and saved the image to another drive or to the cloud?
    c) If you had to perform a reset save files or equivalent (save files, reinstall drivers and applications) would that be a viable fix?
    d) If you had to perform a reset remove files or equivalent (delete files, reinstall drivers and applications) would that be a viable fix?

    Perform the following steps:

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan

    5) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    6) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

    7) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings

    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread

    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    8) Open Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    9) Open Wise Cleaner > post images of the settings into the thread

    10) Uninstall Malwarebytes using the applicable uninstall tool:
    https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean

    11) List any non-Microsoft antivirus software installed and / or installed and uninstalled since the last successful Windows upgrade (Windows 16299 or Windows 1709)

    12) List any non-Microsoft firewall software installed and / or installed and uninstalled since the last successful Windows upgrade (Windows 16299 or Windows 1709)

    13) List any non-Microsoft drive encryption software installed and /or installed and uninstalled since the last successful windows upgrade (Windows 16299 or Windows 1709)

    14) Turn off Windows fast startup:

Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10 | Tutorials

    15) Find two flash drives that you can format ( > or = 8 GB)

    16) Create a bootable Windows 10 iso version 1709:

    18) Make a backup image using Macrium:

I was able to locate another mdmp file called mndA9.diagerr.mdmp under C:\WINDOWS\Panther\NewOs\Panther. Not sure if thats useful or not.

I have had issues with BSOD in the past, lately because i accidentally switched off the power, which apparently reset some bios settings (i think). Then i turned on XMP profile in bios, and i got quite a few BSODs, but turning XMP profile off, and i havent had crashes or BSODs since.

    For your questions:
    a) I dont think so, though i used to have a E: drive that i usually reserve to big games and misc stuff, but it died more than a year ago. I dont remember if i used any back up on there, maybe though. I still think i got some registry and stuff that points toward the E: drive, which obviously doesnt exist any more.
    b) Dont think i made a backup image.
c / d) You mean reinstall windows or just specific drivers? I dont think reinstalling drivers would be much of an issue. Not sure i care enough about new windows updates to do entire windows reinstall though.

1 - 5: Ive done those steps probably a dozen times, but ill copy the info:

This looks messed up, so ill post a picture too of the cmd.

    10: Done

11: Dont remember, i think ive mostly used Windows Defender as my anti virus for as long as ive been using Windows 10. Other than that ive used Superantispyware, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, and maybe some others trying to fix my issues. Lately ive had a couple installed like CAM, not sure i used that though. Otherwise i cant really remember what ive had. I might still have Unhackme and Hitman Pro.

12 and 13: Dont think ive had any. Im not even sure what drive encryption is.

    14: Done

    EDIT:
Btw, concerning bootable ISOs, do you mean using a USB stick? I havent tried that, but i have the 1709 ISO and the 1809 ISO, that ive tried installing from in windows by mounting. I was able to succesfully install or repair with the 1709 ISO but the 1809 failed every time using different conditions at each attempt.
