Cannot access Microsoft update catalog from any browsers

It just started on October 24, I went to support microsoft.com page to download (KB4462933), When I clicked Microsoft update catalog link, it gave me a download file 4462933.csv (you can see the picture).Cannot access Microsoft update catalog from any browsers-update-file-csv-kb4462933-.png
It is the same to all other browsers: Firefox, Tor, Internet Explorer... I have scanned for virus, but it found nothing. Before I could download easily. Thank you for your help.

Yes, MS have put the wrong link there, it's pointing to the same .csv as the 'File Information' link below it.

To get the stand-alone package for this update, go to the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

    File information
For a list of the files that are provided in this update, download the file information for cumulative update 4462933.

Yes. You can find KB4462933 yourself (or any further KB if MS make the same mistake again) on Microsoft Update Catalog by typing the KB number (in this case KB4462933) in the Search box, top right. It takes you here...
    Microsoft Update Catalog - KB4462933
...which is the link MS should have put in the KB article.

I have tried the instruction, but I did not get Microsoft update catalog link, it gave https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...date-kb4462933 and a lot of other related pages

I think you typed into the browser's search box, you should use the search box on the Update Catalog page instead.

Go direct to the Catalog Home page: Microsoft Update Catalog and type the KB number in its Search box.

Cannot access Microsoft update catalog from any browsers-image.png

    Then click the Search button.

Thank you, I got it. The first try I typed in search box of this page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...uery=KB4462933, so it gave a lot of different pages. Thanks a lot.
