Unable to remove annoying blue windows

I'm uncertain if this has changed much, however; with Windows 10 - 1809, I fix those things here. You can also disable notifications from specific apps by scrolling down this page.

I disabled them all and I still have them once in a while.

I'm not having one at the moment. They randomly show up. I used one from another user to let you know the kind of blue screens I have once in a while.

Can you login to the site from your first post, display that pic on your pc and post a screen capture from that pic?

Sorry, what I meant is that I fixed the problem where you weren't able to see the mentioned blue screen. I still have it.
