    Latest build update not showing

    Hi

Please accept my apologies if this has been raised before but I couldn't find anything in the FAQ and have been googling for two days.

I recently joined the insider program on the slow ring and didn't receive any updates so I done a fresh install on windows 10 which didn't help.

Today I have downloaded the latest build available to download from the flight hub which is build 19035.1 that has installed ok but still not download available for 19041.

I have stopped the update service and deleted files from the windows folder on the C: drive which was recommended on a support page which didn't help.

I'm a bit stuck now and running out of options, any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Sean

Just chose the first 3 choices and the extract it and it will create a ISO. It takes a little time.

Thanks for the reply, last night I downloaded the file using the first download option and left the default values ticked so I didn't select the cleanup of integrate.net options etc. I then used UUP to ISO to convert the files and ran the package. This took a long time and on completion i checked the build number by typing in winver and the build number hadn't changed.

Is this something you have come across before?

    Thanks

I've tried this again this morning and here are the steps I followed -

Using the link provided selected English UK and and windows home edition.

Chose the second option for download which is - download using aria2 and convert.

For the conversion options I selected the first 3 which are -
    Integrate update
    Run cleanup
    Integrate .net

This downloaded a zip file which I extracted.

Within the extracted folder I run aria2_download_windows

Which created a folder called ISOFOLDER and I ran the setup file in there. This started the installation which then failed. I didn't get any messages other than setup failed.

    Thanks

You should have an ISO somewhere, just RC on it mount it then run the .EXE as an Admin.

It did produce an ISO which I ran at it completed ok but the build.number didn't change. I followed the steps mentioned in my previous post today and ran the ISO. All looked good until it tried to reboot, it froze on the Lenovo loading screen so I turned it off. When I turned it back on I got the error the installation failed in safe_os phase. I'm going to give it another go now

The Build if you use Run/winver should be 19041.21.

The download should look like the one in the image below. You also may want to check your boot up so that it is OK

Thanks for your help with this. I followed a couple.of steps that I found online regarding the boot failure I'm not sure if they had anything to do with it working this time but just thought I'd mention it should anyone come across this post.

I made sure the following services where set to automatic startup

    BITS(Background Intelligent Transfer Service)
    Windows Update Service
    Cryptographic Service

Then mounted the iso and let the install run again and it went through fine with the updated build number.

I appreciate your help with this
