    problem in update to Windows 10 Insider Preview 19018.1 (vb_release)


    hi
    when I try to update from win 10 v 1909 build 18363.449
    to Insider Preview 19018.1 (vb_release)
    ,I get this message
    "this pc can't run windows 10"
    "we couldn't update the system reserved partition"

    my pc is HP ELITEBOOK X360 1030 G2
    16 GB
    SSD 500GB

    Not a solution but this is my 320GB drive with the latest IP Fast Ring clean install, all previous partitions removed:

Just noticed when posting in a different section here that IE 11 would not allow Pasting from a Snippy or Snip & Sketch function. The same thing did work in Edge and in WordPad. Maybe a sign of the deprecation of IE actually starting?
