    There is so much confusion about the slow ring Feature Updates. I just want to know whether Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.18362.30 (19h1_release) amd64 2019-04 the latest one issued by Microsoft.

    You should be in The RP , then you would get 18363.449 and some are even getting it that are not in the Insiders Group, and they got it before the RP which makes me wonder why I am even in it?
