Error creating ISO using UUP to ISO

I am trying to create and installation disc for Insiders Preview build 17763 using the downloaded update files. I am currently running Insiders Preview build 17758.

When I run the UUP2ISO program and copy the files from the Software Distribution folder into the CMD window i get the following error message at the end before it aborts the ISO creation:

[ERROR] "\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-wordbreaker7-english_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.17763.1_none_38172bfcae6a2522\prm0009.dll": blob not found
SHA-1 message digest of missing blob:
3cd996030f1dfe8b5deb95e0af2368faa5383577
ERROR: If this is a delta WIM, use the --ref argument to specify the WIM(s) on which it is based.
ERROR: Exiting with error code 55:
A file resource needed to complete the operation was missing from the WIM.

Is this someting I can fix or do I just let the update run and make a disc the next time?

just use the UUPDUMP links in the forum - the whole thing gets done automatically "Untouched by Human Hand" I think the old commercials use to say.

Never had a problem installing from these - whether insider or Skippy Builds.

I used this method once when it was first posted here and I was not successful in creating the ISO but that doesn't mean much really as it could have been I tried it on a day that I wasn't going to have positive results electronically no matter what I attempted! I will try it again and reach out if I run into problems...I do not recall if I need to do this BEFORE installing the new update like with UUP2ISO...I hope not because that ship has sailed...

Could be that I've misunderstood, but did you copied folder's path, or files?

This is the folder's path for last build (after restart - so it's in Windows.old folder, but should look like this
