Win 10 Insder 17760 and previous CMD problem I can't solve

Ever since 1803 release and Insider through 17760 I have been unable to make this CMD work:


Copy from Comp1 using Elevated Prompt, Drive:\Folder\Subfolder \\Comp2\Drive\Folder\Subfolder

The intent is to copy the contents of Comp1 Subfolder to Comp 2 Subfolder with overwriting.
This works well with SyncToy 2.1 in All Win 10 Pro versions (including 1709) until 1803 and on.
Both computers are in the same Workgroup and everything else seems to work until 1803.
I'd reall like to know if I'm doing something wrong and if so how to correct my actions.
I'm getting tired of dodging the inwanted update to 1803.

Thank you, that is an option I had not considered. I'm still hoping to find a way to use SyncToy 2.1 to maintain configuration of several important files on several computers on a small network..
