Although not officially released as a Slow Ring build, you can go to this MS Insider Download site and get 16193. It was released as an ISO. Just use it to do an In-Place upgrade (if you're lower now than 16193) or create thumb/dvd for clean install.

If Insider Builds trash the motherboard, then it's at fault, not Windows.

Users should not have to jump through all of these hoops just to install a build. My God MS has been at this for almost 4 years. I got my Hub to work but Cortana does nothing , she hears what I say but always responds-sorry I didn't get that.

I have never heard of a Piece of Software ruining a CPU unless it caused a runaway or whatever they call it.
