I must confess I found that very funny, Hippsie...very funny, indeed, and quite apropos ... Excellent... This will be my last contribution into this most enlightening thread offshoot, but it has served to put me in mind of just how often I seem to be misplacing my own taskbar of late, for mysterious reasons--it's very elusive these days--thanks ever so much for reminding me to look for it again...! Hope may well spring eternal, but... I mean, it's pretty bad when my wonderful wife (without whom I would be no more than a feckless wad of dust in the wind, or in the garden fertilizer) starts asking me if I might've noticed that my own recalcitrant taskbar has been making far fewer appearances as of late, and innocently asking if I had seen it lately, her exact question as follows, "I haven't seen your taskbar in sometime, it seems, honeybumpkins! Is everything OK, my dear little pipsqueakins?".... [*collective groan* from the audience followed by the routine application of the obligatory Shepherd's Crook during a Gong Show rerun]...!
But in a rare moment of erstwhile reflection, I reflect that... This waiting-on-another-build-stuff seems to bring out the best in me *cough*...! I really do confess that as time marches on and I recall that many of us aside from myself have been doing this Insider dance with Microsoft as dance partner since October 1, 2014, on something like a weekly-to monthly basis consistently, that maybe I should cobble together a pro-con list, or a benefits-to-disadvantages ratio, or an imaginary bill to send to Microsoft, calculated as if I had been charging my standard consultancy fees or some other bit of other ego-inflated horse manure to ponder....! Yes, when I reflect upon the nature of all that is contained within the Insider's program and the ultimate significance of what it must mean for each and every one of us...each and every one of us...something truly profound and uplifting rocks my consciousness like nothing ever before, and I find myself magically transformed with Peggy Lee into this joyful expression of everything it means to be a geek....!
