In Explorer right click on the ISO file and select mount. You can then access the contents of the ISO and simply run setup.exe. This is the best to upgrade assuming you either create the ISO yourself before a reboot (then it doesn't matter that it reverts to the previous build) or otherwise obtain an ISO.
@martyfelker
Marty, I have no idea what you are referring to. My question was to the poster, whom I quoted. I wanted to know if they could use an ISO in my bits and language. Not asking if it was possible to do. I was going to PM them a link. I was not asking how to do an upgrade........

Well turning off fast start seems to have fixed it. Just turned on my computer (cold boot) and everything is working as it should

. Thanks for your help f14tomcat, greatly appreciated.
@loquacious
Great news! I'm glad that fixed it for you. Cheers! TC

Anyone figure out why Alt Codes may or may not work on this Build?
I have to reboot over to the AU just to add bullets, (Alt+7), to Start Menu shortcuts!

Performing certain quests does create problems especially if needing to change language packs to achieve.
I would have though English UK and English US should more or less been running in parallel, apart from the odd discrepancy.
My changing from UK to US completely kyboshed Cortana, somewhat surprising considering it being such a major feature in W10.

She probably choked trying to convert Tongue-in-Cheek to Alabama Redneck.

Yeppers! Fast Start is OK if it works, but as you've found, it can be nasty. I had to turn it off on the last two Builds (took two boot attempts), but it's on in 16226 and working fine.

I can't get my ° sign to work with Alt 248 or Alt 1076, Edwin. I have to use actual HTML code to get it to work.

Me neither. Even tried the On Screen Keyboard.
Just as a side note..... apparently the new Firefox Multi-Processing does not like Windows On Screen Keyboard! What a mish-mash!

Fun? Excuse me sir but I find nothing funny in my relationship with women (all of them!). Fear, yes, horror and dismay, yes, but nothing even remotely funny!
Extremely serious,
Kari

You're keeping me in stitches, but I guess you know that...
Tried to install it on Home PC and Work Laptop but failed several times !
