So many updates require a reboot. Rebooting can be problematic.
If they ever fix that nightmare, it would be helpful.
Yeah, the E version can have no store apps and is removed from the end user ecosystem.
I use LTSB. No store apps, no ecosystem.

Service Packs were never rare. I'm not going back to see how many each new Windows had, but Windows 7 is the only one I can recall that had only one.
Yup, and it's by design . . . A Windows 10 that's always as up-to-date as possible.
Finished State? Beggin' yer puddin', but would you rather wait a year for a Service Pack to fix all those niggling little things you don't like about Windows 10 or get a fix as soon as it's finished?
