Lots 'o glitches in this Build!
This one could be worse or better it's more unstable with a second screen connection to the d/GPU even if the second screen ( the TV in here ) is on another function or on or off.
ofc the TV has wifi always on and is never really off it just kinda goes into standby sleep and checks with Sony and the Google playstore for Sony TV Android TV app and firmware updates frequently unless you unplug and or while it's cold booting or it decides to reboot itself randomly during application hangs or whenever it feels like it which is rare outside of random Andoid OS or prolonged app hangs .
You can even use a KB and mouse and browse the web and Google voice search in it and ask it weather and sports scores ,local movies and web movies,TV You Tube subjects or titles and stuff like that and goto same and stream music or video to it from the web or any number of other ways and control your home security or automation or pair mobiles and bluetooth devices with it and it has built in Chromecast . It's basically a giant Sony 3D 4K HDR Android Computer with an ATSC tuner in it and Triluminos WCG 2160p 10 bit LCD panel but they call it a TV .
Sometimes 14291 looses forum postings or comments altogether suddenly without warning on web pages before I save them (it instantly scrolls to another part of the page when it does that ) so sometimes I do them in notepad or Libreoffice Writer or Wordpad but more often on the web page or in notepad then paste them in ..... ,in fact this is my second attempt right here .
Yeah, I've had that happen too, Cousin. Or Outlook will flash a new message to me and when I go after it, it's not there. I go to something else and all at once, the one I couldn't find is right there where it ought to be! Go figure that one out! I can't.
I have a dual screen setup (no TV, though) and don't seem to have any problems with that.
And I forgot to mention in the above post . . . the Microsoft Solitaire Collection (only games I play) will never sign in if I leave it alone . . . it'll just chase its tail forever. Then, when I cancel sign in, and start to play, right in the middle of a game, sign in pops up and I have to close down and then go back to my game.
I said no problems with the dual screen? Well, I don't know if it's the second screen or not, but I just tried to use the Snipping Tool and it doesn't work! I had tried earlier, but thought it wouldn't work because I was on a web page (wanted to paste a cookie image to a post in Today 3).
I can no longer sit back and say, "I'm not having any problems with this build; wonder why they're having so much trouble."
I don't know if its a peculiar EDIE thing with some extended displays in 14291 . I can't imagine Anrdoid TV something getting off into the HDMI cable ARC channel but I don't have that on anyway I use analog 3.5mm stereo cable and S/PDIF 5.1 glass to get audio outta the TV depending on what amplified device I'm using ( never the TV speakers ) and I'm not thinking my PC even uses ARC anyway .Wynona

EDIT : Snip is working here as long as the extended display HDMI cable is unplugged never play any games on this box the SB i7 d/GPU gaming/ D.A. W.S rig is in my sig and it only plays real 1080p UtraPC games or classic game console slave and arcade x86 emulators .
Maybe they got too many inexperienced and or cheap H3 temp or J exchange Visa interns and inexperienced B1- Visa folks coding up there in Redmond a lot of them on MS windows Insider forums are clueless and windows has been a work in progress for over 30 years anyway .I can no longer sit back and say, "I'm not having any problems with this build; wonder why they're having so much trouble."

Years back I had tried out numerous mice as well as keyboard/mice combos at times and wanted something a bit more then a standard two button deal and ran into an MS 5 button programmable at Amazon for $30 when I ordered a pair. You wouldn't believe the price tag seen on one now since it was discontiued about 6-7yrs. ago! Amazon.com: Microsoft Trackball Explorer: Electronics
I had some other trackball mice since and simply knew those weren't going to work out for the main while one is kept along with a laptop and the other on the remote pc where I hardly every use it.
The one thing noticed about the MSI software has been no need to see it reinstalled through the several upgrades for the Insider builds. With the old MS software every change would have likely meant installing the software fresh again being the one drawback there. I tried out the Logitech Marble mouse and watched the trackball simply pop out and roll on the floor and also was finding the model a little bit on the small side. I needed something a bit larger and why it was sad seeing the MS model wear out. The trackball on that was excellent for gaming as well as scrolling since you could easily see that cleaned of finger marks with a fast wipe over using a tissue without the need to remove the ball from the base.
As for problems using the snipping tool? Despite the first buggy upgrades and each newer build since not one sign of having a problem with any of the accessories or even with the Start menu despite running a dual monitor setup here. I think you will likely find it is being caused by something else there whether a bug in the install or software. You could trying running the SFC tool to see if that comes up with anything.
Did you ever think it might be related to something you are doing there? Here I have been upgrading one after the other since the TH2 update was the one that suddenly got buggy only after 2 1/2 months suggesting you may be looking at some types of software issues springing up.
So far the only thing found that needed to be refreshed here following a couple of build changes mainly with the last two was seeing the sound card's software redone. The only main difference between this and the last build is for the Edge extensions and why this one was out so fast.
Too many people are having problems with 14291 for me to believe they are all user based. MS might release 50 builds in a row that nobody has problems with, but that's no guarantee the 51st will be immune. If one build works perfectly on my system and the next one doesn't, yet I've made no changes in what's installed otherwise or in settings, I'm inclined to think the new build is basically at fault.
Today Microsoft is releasing Build 14291 to devices eligible to receive the Windows 10 Mobile upgrade.
