Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 11099 Insider

I actually used the Feedback app on this rig for the first time last week; since then, every time I shutdown the system, I get an error for that app. No updates available, and I am using a local account. Have just opened and closed the app - will see if it appears on next shutdown.
I'm not sure, but I think you have to be signed in with your MS account, rather than be local. That could have something to do with the error.
Well, I don't know. The error is gone now, and I am still in a local account, so go figure!
Error is back today after a reboot.....

I disabled WSRefreshBannedAppListTask yesterday and so far no problem.
Please advise how did you disable it? It is back to haunt me again after I deleted it.

I know I'm a little late replying. I disabled it in Task Scheduler.

Winuser: Thanks. I did the same. If it does not show up again in couple days, that means it is out for good.

This was in today's announcement of Build 11102:
You might see a WSClient.dll error dialog after logging in. We’re working on a fix for this but as a workaround, you can run the following in Command Prompt with administrative rights: schtasks /delete /TN “\Microsoft\Windows\WS\WSRefreshBannedAppsListTask” /F
It might work in Build 11099.

I installed the new build last night but I was tired so I didn't try it. I'll try it out later today. With the Nor'easter coming in tonight I'll have plenty of time to test it over the weekend.

Those are one thing I don't miss living here, in Germany, over quarter of a century!
