This is the consensus most will have that Edge still needs quite a bit of work and submitting useful feedback as far as making some good observations could potentially help in seeing it turn into something favored much more then IE has been. At this point MS is simply introducing Edge as a new concept(or almost new) for web browsing as far as the Windows OS is concerned.

I have the 32bit as well as the 64bit 25.7.3 flavors here stashed away! I ended up trying out the 32bit however on 10. My next stop will be for the latest of Opera to give that a look since I haven't done anything with that one for a few years now.

    FF 64 bit

It seems like Mozilla has officially released the 64 bit version of FF to the public (FF 42).

I had to get it via Neowin's link, as I can't figure out how to find it on Mozilla's useless site though.

Apparenly they saw how well someone was doing with Waterfox and finally made the move with FF. That will be interesting enough to compare here!

Actually there are a number of substitute browsers in the open source community based on the FF platform. Everything from Vista up is supported for the Windows version of Cyberfox at the Sourceforge site. Posting this with FF 42.0 64bit already on!

Maybe it is not quite ready for the main download site.

    Directory Listing: /pub/firefox/releases/42.0/win64/

That list above will give you the 64bit for your country (Provided your county is listed).

Anyone have the status of the non branded release version of Firefox?

It acts precisely the same as the latest version of Waterfox and instantly imported everything since they share the exact same Mozilla folders and profiles! You can't even tell the difference except by version number from what I have been seeing here. But Cyberfox now on offers more features when going through the options. That's the browser being used for this post.

Edge is like a race car without an engine, driver and no body. It is just a wired frame with wheels. Sure I can push it around the track but.... IE11 is, in my not so humble opinion, a better browser than Edge and to be very upfront I need the functionality between Chrome (ChromeOS), Windows10 and my mobile devices that are not Windows 10. Therefore I use Chrome as my browser, I am not using it all the time as I want to give Edge a try but the sheer amount of pop-up ads and cookies things thing ingests infect my system in less than no time so pop-ups are flying. IE11 has a better pop-up blocker and I can install ad blockers in it. Edge, at this moment is not secure enough, not strong enough and certainly not complete enough.
