KB5037768 Windows 10 Cumulative Update build 19045.4412 (22H2) Win Update

This update KB5037768 may also have wrecked my Windows Update Service. I had to run the Windows Update Repair before I could download the rest of today's updates. As for KB5037768, it did not install the first time. Now doing the second attempt for install and it has been stuck at 20% for 20 min.

A follow-up to my previous message. Second attempt did not install KB5037768 after restart. Now attempting for the third time. Won't be posting again on this until tomorrow.

I don't know what the time difference is, but today's updates were released at 1:00 PM (1300) New York time.
Today's updates may have already been installed on your machine.

You can check like this...

Open Powershell as admin and type: get-hotfix

Or... on the Windows Update page, look at "Update History".

1:00 PM Tuesday, in New York, NY is
1:00 AM Wednesday, in Singapore

So you should have gotten the update about... 9 hours ago.
Google says you're 12 hours ahead of New York time.

If the updates are on the "get-hotfix" list... they are already installed.

Mine was being updated earlier along with KB5001716 which successfully installed, but KB5037768 did not install - maybe a blip in my updates. Update history does not show either.

PS it did hang for a while and I lost internet connection for like 10 seconds. IDK if that had anything to do with it. I'll have to see if it gets pushed back down.

**Rebooted and it was installed.

I managed to install by downloading the cab file install using context menu.

No luck installing KB5037768. On reboot, installs to 92% before getting message that Windows cannot complete installation, and changes to my computer are rolled back. I have done all the standard methods to get this update to install and none have made a difference. This update installed fine on my laptop. Only my desktop is having trouble. All other updates released on Tuesday installed correctly. Just this one seems to be an issue.

I ran into problems installing this update too. I get a download error after it gets to 100%. My current build is 19045.3803
