First it downloaded and installed the updates of “Malware Removal Tool” and “.NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1” then the warning to restart the computer. After I went to Windows Update I saw that it still showed the download of the actual Windows update which had already reached 100% and after some time it installed it and then again the warning to restart the computer. It is the first time that I happen to see that these three updates, other times together, required two separate restarts, but, by eye and by logic, it seems to me better this way. Finally I ran sfc /scannow and everything seems to be fine.
