KB4023057 has been re-issued at least twice every year for at least the last four years.
The latest News page is at KB4023057 Windows 10 and Windows 11 Update Service components - Feb. 4 There isn't one for the March re-issue yet.
All the best,

Updated today! Took a while which is normal; running a pre-vista laptop. Ran SFC and DISM had no errors. So far all is good, only time will tell.
I got MSRT v5.98 yesterday and today I got v5.99 (KB890830)

WU KB5011487 bricked my main Windows 10 machine. Rescue media from previous Windows 10 configurations from build 2004 on failed to repair boot configuration. Log showed an error that a disk was not found, indicating that a partition pointer is incorrect, a problem that I have been aware of for more than a year but have had no way to find or correct. It appeared to have bricked my laptop, too, but it did boot after several hours. A defrag failed because of a missing configuration file, but the usual sfc and dism calls fixed that.
It's possible that I just didn't wait long enough for the main machine to boot, but it is a eight-thread 4 GHz machine with two 2 TB WD Black HDs and I think two or three hours is enough -- but the laptop took about five hours to boot. I recovered with an Acronis full disk restore to my system disk.
