Very smooth and nice way of doing this. All the Pipeline Testing for 2 weeks seems to have paid off. I particularly like the fact that since it's a CU, not full new build, all the tweaks are respected and stay put. Least all of mine.

Note on the processing for this one.............

It will get to 69% (thereabouts) and will appear to stall/halt/stop/freeze, etc. A look at Taskmanager will show TiWorker doing heavy CPU and I/O. It's not stuck, it's processing.

    Patience, Grasshopper............

There was also a shorter "pause" at 25%.

I'm a bit surprised. The update is coming through Windows Update, even though I am not a Dev Insider. (22000.51 installed through uupdump.net.)

Same here. It's been doing that for the last two or three updates IIRC. I use a Hyper-V VM and normally would download from UUPDump.

    Well I'll be .....

Up until this release the mighty overlords would not permit 11 on my ancient Insider machine. (It is TPM and UEFI free)

With this release I am once again allowed to enter the temple that is Windows 11.

( Running on a HP DV6000 laptop built for Windows Vista. )
