    It is true that KB5000802 seems to be gone from Windows Catalog but if you paste the URL of the one you want from the first page here into the address bar you can still download it......

    Prints fine. Older Canon MX410, USB 2.0, long in the tooth, simple dirt dumb drivers. That's probably why.

    Same issue here. Printing on Kyocera M5521 creates the blue screen, but Kyocera P6021 still works fine. Undoing windows update kb5000802 solves the problem. Hope next windows update will not reactivate the issue...

    My WU just downloaded and installed it.. I've repaired six computers today by uninstalling this s...ty update, four of them installed this update today so I can't confirm what you said
