HP2570 - no problems (for now).

It is true that KB5000802 seems to be gone from Windows Catalog but if you paste the URL of the one you want from the first page here into the address bar you can still download it......

Update dissapeared from windows update. None of my machines are getting it.

Same issue here. Printing on Kyocera M5521 creates the blue screen, but Kyocera P6021 still works fine. Undoing windows update kb5000802 solves the problem. Hope next windows update will not reactivate the issue...

I think is back in windows update kb5000802. I search a pc now and it found it.
