If no one knows the answer I would assume it is still 21286 as the rumors were saying,

But why Microsoft will release an update to the new version 21296 and not to the supposedly new major release 21286 (21h2) as there has been no updates since the last month. Odd.

Noticed my X220 Tablet reverted to losing RDP access after this supposed "null change." I had to back off the settings under Guest and Public in Advanced Sharing Settings again, to make the connection work. This has been flip-flopping back and forth after upgrades and updates like a light switch for the past month and more. Very interesting, because my old Dev Channel PC -- Lenovo X380 Yoga -- never, ever has this issue.

This .1010 one is just a pipeline tester. No actual changes.

I recently moved at home from Private to Public just to see what, if anything, might occur. Glad to say it's working like it should in running just like a private network except that I am somewhat invisible to other peons in the family who may be surreptitiously lurking the network waiting to pounce on good-old affable, unsuspecting, unknowing, knot-on-a-log dad/hubby...
