I assume you've rebooted and still no option. Right click the taskbar and look for it near the top.
Yes, rebooted twice and still no option.

    Pfuuu... silly me...

Woke up, got out of bed, dragged a comb across my head. All 3 VM's are restarting. Glad they are not rebooting automatically. Takes a bit of time to learn about QEMU/KVM - quite powerful virtualization. After these are stabilized I will go back to Windows, where it seems Microsoft is doing what it will with the OS.

Yeah I saw that so I installed Edgium. Guess I should have installed before the upgrade.

@Kado, I already have Edge/Edgium also, but I'm not in one of this countries, so I will not have this feature.

Just upgraded the Intel laptop and the 'news and interest' showed up on the taskbar after a reboot. Nothing on the Ryzen one, yet Edge is the default browser on both. Must have A and B laptops........

Right now, I'm using the RealTek 2.5GB Controller--but I'm using it with 20270 and all the builds this year with no problem. Maybe I'll try to switch to the Intel Ethernet controller, just to see. When I get the inclination. I've wasted enough time trying to fix this, though.
Before doing that, and assuming you have dmp file creation enabled in the first place, is one being created? Back when we had our version of your error, one was. And using WinDbg Preview (in the Store) to examine them was very revealing, since they were ALL about networking. Yours may be that, or it may be all about something else, which would be a major clue. Of course, after writing that I realized that you're not even able to get it installed, so no dmp. Oh, well.

Brink...don't know what is going on here...I've downloaded this three times to two separate NVMe drives and a standard hard drive--and this file simply will not mount in my system. When I try and mount the iso the disk icon simply spins and the folder/directory remains unresponsive until I sign out and sign back in. Other, earlier .iso's on the same drives all mount immediately!

Very bizarre. Wondered if you might have a suggestion...
