It's been broken for a while now.
Not on 20H1, only on the does-nothing-for-me 20H2

Installed the CAB file only and did it before anyone posted here. I'm living on the edge. Of course, I did an image first. Everything appears to be fine.

Cannot get it either from Windows Update in Settings. I am going to have a go at the Cab file.
Done and dusted via the Cab file route. No issues while installing:

Yep, it was broken by 20H2. So now it's broken on 2004 as well?

I finally got it installed. My File associations were all messed up for .cab. Thanks Shawn for all that you do.

I used to be able to right click on CAB files and select install but that option is no longer available on my system. I tried to add the install command to the drop down menu, but that did nothing. I went with the DISM command and it worked. It brought back good memories of the MS-DOS days.

Now I wonder what got changed.

I had to install Brink's registry mod to get that back.

Just use the tutorial from @Brink - CAB file - Add Install to Context Menu in Windows 10 and you should be good to go!
