Broken Startup tab is very low priority bug for me. Don't expect it to be fixed soon though, even my Insider Dev has it.

A beautiful broken watch is better in some of the millenials eyes than a 100% functional ex railway station watch that keeps perfect time !!!! so what you are saying is 100% correct in my experience -- although some "de-uglification" of a load of core windows programs could benefit. For instance the file explorer has a hideous interface, is slow and really old fashioned looking
-- c'mon Ms time to tart that up instead of messing around with zillions of smiley's and pictorials for people who can't read characters any more !!!.

Thanks for that Mr Steve :)
But my Task Manager StartUp tab is working , I think, can search for it, all the tabs are there inc Startup.
Also under 'msconfig' search run as admin Startup tab is there with the blue Open Task Manager link to go to TM (been that way for long time)..
Am I missing something, above is working on 7 pcs, and yes I ran CAB File as WU live was not working on 4 of them for 20H2 updates after 2 days.
But what else is new...:)
Grump old man = me.
Keep in mind that MS is slowly migrating management features to the "Settings" app and this issue may well be related to that migration work. See "Settings > Apps > Startup" for where the Startup tab items are now located. It could well be that the Startup tab is in the process of being...what is the current buzzword for it..."desiccated"...
Just downloaded the update and installed within minutes which has been the fastest update of this kind for me. Everything seems fine so far.
Task Manager Start Up tab is working fine on mine.
