It sounds like what I experienced, and I do have MBAM Premium installed.

I didn't have this issue on the desktop though.
I just reinstalled 20236 and disabled the WEB protection part of Malwarebytes premium and can confirm I can now connect to the internet. Unfortunately without the web protection that Malwarebytes Premium offers..

Officially, but I can't help wonder if there's a hack to make it happen.

Now that we're no longer in the relatively safe world of Fast Ring, where once or twice a year the carousel would be positioned at a point where we could jump off, it's worth figuring out. I never wanted to bail on Fast, but Dev is crazy town.
If you find a fast route, let me know Paused here until January 2021 hopefully, before then a build will work without green screening.

Still like last build every time I reboot or shutdown I get closing 1 app “background host/international settings host” don’t have the exact message but song those lines, on a clean install.

Well downloaded ok about 30 minutes, took a while to install, there was a lengthy hang at 93% for a while but did finish off nicely, thankfully no issues like crashes or GSOD's that were mentioned earlier in this thread and seems to be working fine, not keen on the new appearance of the all settings menu that ribbon is annoying, once I figure out how to remove it, if I can, I will report it here for those that do not like it.

This is getting boring to report--but I guess that's good! No problems doing my usual WU upgrade install--took roughly 8 minutes in the offline disk-install portion, also as usual. No problems to report thus far.

You can instead make this change using msconfig/boot tab (Timeout)
In my experience every update resets this timer to 0 (a right royal PITA)

    Go to UUP dump
The OS wasn't loading so I couldn't change anything. When I powered on my computer it would skip the boot option and go straight to the login screen.

Are you talking about the header on the settings page? With the account and email and all the stuff on the right? i.e. clutter? If you are, there is no known sustainable cure for it. The tool Mach 2 used to work, still does sometimes, then breaks again. This "Header" area has been around in Insider as an A/B testing scenario for about a year now. It is very much a Black & White issue. Some love it, others not so much (trying to be kind).

To be fair, there are some who couldn't care less.

If you install this build would you please report back on this thread if it installs okay (with the Intel Network Adapter bug) - thanks.
    I confirm the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION bug.
I am stuck on build 20201, every new builds since ran quickly into GSOD.
It seems related with my network card too, but i have an old Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 PCI-E , not sure if it's Intel related.
