    Same as Brink. No internet and freeze 20 seconds in. Rolled back to 231

    Now we will see if there is any hiccups afterwards.

    It's too bad there's no way (someone correct me if I'm wrong) to move from Dev to Beta without starting over, or I'd do it. It seems that Dev is the Wild West channel now that it's no longer tied to a specific version of Windows. Perhaps they feel freer to be more experimental. At least that's my theory.

    I had to revert back to 20231 after experiencing network issues as Mr. Brink did. Also got a GSOD and something about a driver less than equal error message thing lol. Had absolutely NO problems on any other Windows Insiders Dev Builds until 20236..too bad! Until the next build!

    EG
    Intel Network Adapter? That's the issue I have with last few builds. Currently on 20197, no issues at all

    You have to do a clean install of the version you want to go down to beta or the default current build. Hope this issue is resolved before the Dev build expires Jan 31st

    My boot menu option was set back to 0 so I had to use my Macrium USB boot drive to restore back to the previous build.
    You can instead make this change using msconfig/boot tab (Timeout)
    In my experience every update resets this timer to 0 (a right royal PITA)

    Have you tried running the WU troubleshooter or Brinks Reset WU script? Reset Windows Update in Windows 10

    Hi there
    working for me pefectly OK as a VM - no network or Internet problems so far as I can see

    Will try language features etc later - but base version seems to be OK so far -- can't say I've experienced any of the horrors others have reported on this board.

    @brummyfan
    I did a manual update via WU after this was installed - and got the standard Antimalware / WD things that's fine by me

    Didn't get the "NET update" thing this time

    Cheers
