Not going to well for me. . .

    KB4556799 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.836 and v1909 build 18363.836-image.png

The highlighted one was a direct download attempt... no go there either.

    Interestingly, KB4552931 did install, but KB890830 didn't. . .?

    KB4556799 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.836 and v1909 build 18363.836-image.png

And now, the pause option is unavailable. . .

    KB4556799 CU Win 10 v1903 build 18362.836 and v1909 build 18363.836-image.png

Lol, I sure hope this new version 2004 (20H1) will install. . . if it's even offered ?

Well, according to this dutch article, the developer edition of 2004 has surfaced and ready to download (OEM version of Windows 10) Maybe you can try it? Microsoft brengt Windows 10 mei-update voor ontwikkelaars uit - Techzine.nl (dutch)

The May 2020 update of Windows 10, also known as version 2004, has been rolled out to developers in the Microsoft Developer Network. The update (build 19041) will probably not be available to regular consumers until the end of this month. For some time now, Microsoft has been rolling out larger updates to OEMs, then developers and then to consumers. There is usually a few weeks between those phases, in the case of the 2004 version of Windows 10, there was only a week between rolling out for OEMs and developers. The expected roll-out date for consumers is May 28.The new version fixes a number of bugs, as well as introducing some features. Support for Windows subsystems for Linux 2 and being able to create Host Apps are among the feature releases. The latter makes it possible to designate an app as a host, but to be able to run components independently of it. In addition, it will also be possible to download setup files from the cloud instead of only obtaining them through a local installer. Finally, the existing feature of automatically re-opening certain apps after a computer restart will be extended, giving more applications the option to be restored.Simultaneously with the rollout of Windows 10 2004, a series of new features have already been presented to a number of beta testers in the Windows Insider Program. According to ZDNet, those (although it is not yet clear whether they will all be included) will be rolled out in a smaller, additional update.

what kind of wifi connection problems are you having?
and what kind of wifi adapter does your computer use?
you can check this in Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) and expand the Network adapters section

I guess so does the combination of windows storage cleanup, windows cleanup, ccleaner, asus cleanup.. etc..
I used to use most of those. It's easier to have 1 app do the work of 4.
