New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 19008 (20H1) - Oct. 22 Insider

Downloading a VMware Converter VM using WU and downloading and converting the UUPDUMP ISO. The later may be particularly important because earlier when I booted into the physical Windows it was completely wack. That;s a technical for FUBAR. I also have a backup image if required. But it was acting perfectly. Well, I am running Kubuntu 20.4 codenamed focal fossa <look up the Wikipedia article on this extraordinary animal>. It is way more stable at the moment than the physical Windows instance and won't be final until 4/23/2020 which is about when 20H1 should be almost finished. Interesting times.

All done, no problems and it took 38 minutes to complete.

Trying this one (after doing a Macrium back up, missed last two...great that you can pause more 7 days, with a workaround).

ISO completed and copied to Windows disk. The VM is 35 % installed before reboot. I need to go to sleep and will check on it tomorrow.

Made it to the desktop without further incidents.

My SR also had reserved in it and the limit slider was all the way to the right. Only about 400MB in it though.

Missed it last night and now I'm watching paint dry, grass growing and update downloading. Will see what is going to happen.

Easy update, done in 55 minutes. Thanks to this forum I'm reassured that this build is okay (ish)
