Thanks IronZorg89. I knew I was not the only one with this issue, Anway I am now "FAMOUS"You should probably check out this article from AskWoody in Computer World. Your pseudonym in tenforums has been referred to with regard to the printing issue. According to what I read, your printing issue has to do with the patch for IE11
Microsoft releases even more patches for the CVE-2019-1367 IE zero-day, and the bugs are having a field day | Computerworld

Most welcome!. In this digtal world we are living right now, it doesn't take long to become famous. More to your point, and just as a suggeston, If I were you I would uninstall the update in order to regain the proper functioning of your printer. Don't forget to back up and to pause updates.
Don't really know if you really have to go these great lengths with a clean install, because of the reinstall of all your Apps, but is is all up to you. My approach to this would be to disable temporarily "Windows Updates" in Services, uninstall the update. After the reboot, pause Updates in Update & Security > Windows Updates > Advanced options. Then re-enable "Windows Updates" in Services, and do the backup. That should give MS enough time to iron out this bug.
If that is not your cup of tea, then by all means go for the clean install. Just my take!
Cheers!
Edit: In the tutorial don't use "Semi-Annual channel (targeted)" , but just "Semi-Annual Channel" even if the latter is shown only for business.
IronZorg89. All went perfectly smooth. Going to sit at 18362.356. deferred updates till Nov. 1st, unless real fix comes earlier. thank you and Cheers.

. Very gald everything went for the best. I, myself, am still on 1809 on my production machine because 1903 was giving me too many hard times with bugs. Sometimes, it is always a good move to shun new CUs & FUs for at least 30 days, just enough time to let the bugs get discovered and fixed.
I modified the Wimfile and removed all the bloatware/ads/games. With each update, the start menu didn't change back to default with candy crush and all the other fluff. Probably will with October update though.
HRPunfnstuff, How about printing, any issues? This one also fails to install on my 32 bit laptop from either WU or the msi. Desktop installed without issue.
