I can see that @Bree had already positively taken care to answer your question in post #104. One thing you can try though, before going through that hoop for an in-place Upgrade aka Repair install is to check the steps in the referenced link from my post #82. If the latter doesn't fix the issue, feel free to go for the repair install.

Never forget a system image backup before everything just to be on the safe side in case something goes awry. (Very important)

The problem I find with that is that the build is old or when I do download, build an ISO when I go to install it only shows me it will do a fresh install - from scratch!!!
