First, are you sure this only happens when accessing the 'net?
Did this happen immediately after an update was installed? If so uninstall the update and check again.
If not, have you checked to see if you have the latest network hardware drivers?
From "Your Computer" you seem to be running a desktop - dare I presume that you're hardwired into your router?
If so have you the facilities to try using WiFi?
Or if you are using WiFi, can you try cable?
Any other systems on the same router showing similar problems?
