Changing a standard account to admin doesn't work via settings - accounts. Works via Control panel. Action Centre opens but sometimes not showing the quick links but always shows notifications for me.

Hi folks

IE11 (OK not people's most favorite browser) - doesn't have menus even if you check the menu option.

Ms what's wrong with menus -- I'm on a COMPUTER not a MOBILE PHONE !!!. FF still has classical menus though.

I like the updated Sticky Notes! Needs check-list support and it's near perfect!

Hi folks
another defect when using VMWare

if you try and attach a Windows (NTFS formatted) external USB3 drive to a Linux VM the Guest system simply hangs -- even if you mount the appropriate partition. The Host continues but the only way to close the guest is to re-boot the host. You can't even force a shutdown of the guest.

No problem though attaching Linux formatted external drives (ext4/XFS etc).

C'mon Ms PLEASE TEST THESE BUILDS DECENTLY BEFORE RELEASING THEM.

I am quite happy to accept defects in new builds / releases knowing this is a TEST phase but why break stuff that already was working without problems -- even at the elementary level shouldn't themes FROM YOUR OWN STORE work properly !!!! --They can't be installed now in the majority of cases.

What's up with the QA these days.

Not for me, Slice! And so far, never has. I just get the splash screen, then it disappears.

I have mentioned that problem more than once. It started a few builds back. I don't have that problem with VirtualBox.
