Is there any particular place that I should check to see if I have missing files?

The 1809 build 17763.17 is available again on UUP DUMP site if you want to try it again (choose slow ring to get file from server).

Have installed 1803 in a vm, joined Slow Ring, put a test file in documents, redirected folder to another drive, and left test file in original location
Have got a new feature update to 1809, installing now.
Eddie is right, I had a typo, had forget th at the end of the word hundred. Muchomurka is also right, another typo I made was to write 100,000 when it should have been one million, 1,000,000.
In any case, the exact wording on Insider Blog is "one one-hundredth of one percent". One percent from 1,000,000 is 10000, one one-hundredth of it is 100.
