    New Firmware Update for Surface Pro 3 - September 10, 2018

    The following updates are delivered to Surface Pro 3 devices on Windows 10 Creators Update, build 1703 or greater:

    You can update it through Windows Update or you can also manually update the firmware by downloading it from the Surface Pro 3 Drivers and Firmware Page.

    Surface – Firmware – 3.11.2550.0 Surface UEFI – Firmware

    • 3.11.2550.0 improves battery stability for devices not in use.
    Surface – Firmware – 38.14.80.0 Surface Embedded Controller Firmware – Firmware

    • 38.14.80.0 improves battery stability for devices not in use.
    Surface – System – 2.0.1350.0 Surface Integration – System devices

    • 2.0.1350.0 improves battery stability for devices not in use.

    My SP3 is on Skipahead Win10. I actually got those firmware updates some time in August. I'm guessing they send the updates early to Insider Preview participants. Just FYI.

    Ed, these 2 are real similar in rev#. I just got the 3 of 9/10. Got the other, like you, 8/10. (Non-Insider)
