It's just been the last few builds. This is a very old installation that goes back to the Technical Preview. One day I'll do a clean install.

I've restarted and it's kicked into life. Installing 10% now.

Installing on both Dell test machines. Will report back if anything pops up. The last couple have been clean and trouble-free. Fingers crossed this one is the same.

[1:05 later] The XPS 2720 is finished with the upgrade, no issues. The Dell Venue Pro 11 7130 is on 5% installing. That's the diff between a 4-core/8-thread i7 at 3.4 GHz and a dual core/4-thread i5 at 1.6 GHz, in a nutshell!

Couldn't agree more. Smooth running, snappy and it's getting a bit smaller in size too. Like it.
