    UPDATE:

New "Improvements and fixes" below added for KB4343909 in first post.

    • Addresses an issue that was introduced in the July 2018 .NET Framework update. Applications that rely on COM components were failing to load or run correctly because of “access denied,” “class not registered,” or “internal failure occurred for unknown reasons” errors.
    • Addresses a vulnerability issue by correcting the way that the .NET Framework handles high-load or high-density network connections. For more information, see CVE-2018-8360.

Was this already included or do we need to re-apply this update?

Weird...I've clean installed v.1803 two days before. First day, I received KB4343909 with no problems at all. Next day, checking for updates, KB4343909 was received/installed again but this time in a few minutes (5', restart included)

After second installation, COM errors stopped but a new error came up (repeatedly):

When I "Check for updates" it says that's "up to date" and everything goes on...perfectly(?)

Unsure if it's related to this update or not but has anybody experienced an error in RH saying Backgroundtaskhost.exe stopped working upon start up? Not getting any issues on screen etc and it doesn't happen all the time.

Finally, since 3rd auto-installation (in 5', not asking for restart) of KB4343909, issue's gone:
