Worked for me.
Preinstallation 17133.73 en-GB x64
Download: Windows 10 en-GB x64
Create bootable USB thumb drive.
Decrypt ESD to WIM.
My WIM contained only the edition I needed (Home).
Replace ESD with WIM (USB thumb drive) and start setup.exe (Windows).
Itīs important to choose the right edition (Media Creation Tool).
en-US didnīt work. I couldnīt choose to keep my apps and files.
Check your system language before.
BTW: All my installations (17134.1) were activated as soon as I was online.
No key was used.
"slmgr /xpr" permanently activated.
Boards were never activated before.

I decided to join the release preview ring today to give it a spin. I figure if it borks anything, I was planning to clean install after the new version comes out officially anyway so i won't lose anything as I've already backed up my files. I do have one question about the release preview ring though. After RS4 is officially released, I'll just get regular updates like everyone else until the RS5 hits RP in the fall, right?
Thanks for the info, that's good to know. I like 1803 so far. It took a little over an hour to install (online and offline each took about 35-40 minutes). I did have one odd quirk though. It reversed the direction for my fingerprint scanner. If I swipe toward me like I always have, I get the message 'Something went wrong, please try again," but if I swipe away from me it works. I guess MS is still a little backward, huh?
So what? They released esd for 17133.1, why do you think releasing esd for 17134.1 means RTM?
Are you saying releasing the esd proves something?
Presumably not - just look back a week. At the moment it is just another insider build.
Perhaps 17133 was given to manufacturers. Perhaps not.
Perhaps 17134 will be released to public. Perhaps not.
All you are saying is there is someone leaked an esd link.
Again.
It does NOT mean it is RTM (whatever that means).
