Same error, but when clicking directly the executable file, the new one opens or same as the shortcut.

Plus, MSASCuiL.exe (the new one) is dead. This is where I go to pin the old one to taskbar.

When I picked English as a product language only the 32 bit version is available ATM, will wait for the 64 bit version.
