Ah yes, you must have Pro then. There was a bug in the initial 16299.15 that incorrectly showed that 'organisation...' message on the windows update page, but was corrected in a subsequent cumulative update.
Pro. Yes it was 16299.15 update right after new WIndows before updating for .309, so that was a bug in that release and gone now for good. Thanks Bree:)
Tested already another family member account after new WIndows and works fine. Also I created for a test a new account and no problems.
Finally I decided to delete completely the local PC account where all these black screen and WU issues started. Got also 20G space from that after moving all stuff there was to my personal OneDrive. I suppose my case finally after 2-3 weeks closed. Knock on wood
